Order Turnaround Time

Please note that our order turnaround time is 7-10 business days, excluding holidays, after the cutline proof approval.

Estimated Delivery Times

* Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
* Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
* Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Order Processing and Shipping

* Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
* Pre-made products are shipped within 24–48 hours after receiving the order.
* Custom made products: We strive to ship all orders within 24–48 hours after production is completed. Please see Order Turnaround Time.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

We provide tracking information via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order by clicking the tracking number link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Note: Orders with the FREE DELIVERY deal are shipped via economy and may not include tracking details.
